I'm so glad you liked seeing the blog and that it brought back some memories of when you lived in the area. It must be a very different life in Toronto, but a beautiful place from what I've heard.
Very best wishes,
JaneJanehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15406460922195292301noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1642216711899566240.post-79149221492498550062009-07-15T17:56:17.481+01:002009-07-15T17:56:17.481+01:00as one former Clydesider to another, it was great ...as one former Clydesider to another, it was great to see your collection of pictures and comments. I surfed in on your site while looking for pictures of Brisbane Glen [Outerwards Reservoir]. I used to exercise my dog by the resevoir, when I lived in Largs, then cycled past it several times, after moving to Glasgow. Now, viewed from Toronto, your Scottish/Clydeside pictures have served to make the distance and time seem shorter.

Thank you,

ColinAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08194157998011823449noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1642216711899566240.post-86132449784350777202008-12-09T21:17:00.000+00:002008-12-09T21:17:00.000+00:00Hi Jane, thankyou again for your kind comments on ...Hi Jane, thankyou again for your kind comments on nsl4u....much appreciated.
I am amazed at the quality and interest of content, of the sites of the blog-a-teers. It's great fun and your items are so well constructed and factual that they are of super importance to the heritage of our 'areas' - 'sense of place' right enough. Luckily there are those of us who share our passions.

Kindest regards, Denis.Denis Bellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06897390744591972516noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1642216711899566240.post-64112340529336439042008-12-01T22:13:00.000+00:002008-12-01T22:13:00.000+00:00Thanks Gerry - yes, it is indeed. I'll put up something different next week once I'm back from the in-laws in Plymouth!Janehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15406460922195292301noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1642216711899566240.post-47624038312972145392008-12-01T21:18:00.000+00:002008-12-01T21:18:00.000+00:00Its a clever piece of Victorian engineering. Its a clever piece of Victorian engineering.Gerard Wardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08444353229042987606noreply@blogger.com
